Abstract
Only a few Grimm tales were transferred to Japanese culture, captured by manga. Our corpus consists of four versions, three of which are in shôjo collections, intended for adolescent girls, after having undergone many linguistic manipulations. It is a matter of understanding whether the changes in the hypotext change the primary meanings and whether they introduce new ideologies. We will also question the circulation of the characters of the tale, their mutations during this cultural transfer, their trans-fictionalization, as well as the role of the comic manga in relation to the narrative, to the extent that it is characterized by ruptures, discontinuous and unstable.
